Natural England has updated the advice for developers on Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs) and applications for planning, permission in principle and technical details consent, by updating the ‘Request Environment Agency advice’ section to add a link to the new ‘Get environmental advice on your strategic plan or planning proposal’ form.
