The Environment Agency (EA) has made two updates to the guidance on environmental permits for medium combustion plants:

Clarified in section ‘Standard rules permits’ the information which must be provided when making an application.

Added in to section ‘Bespoke permits’ a sub section on decarbonisation readiness.
