SI 2025/1038 The Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 2025

These regulations update the Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Charges) Regulations 2020 by introducing charges for using the 2320–2340 MHz spectrum band under the Shared Access (Lower Power) licence and adjusting charges for shared access medium power licences in rural and urban areas.
