The Offshore Petroleum Regulator for Environment and Decommissioning (OPRED) and Department for Energy Security & Net Zero (DESNZ) have issued a request for information regarding the status of trained oil spill response personnel and oil pollution emergency plan exercises for 2023.
This relates to Regulation 4(9) of The Merchant Shipping (Oil Pollution Preparedness, Response and Cooperation Convention) Regulations 1998 (as amended).
