The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities has published this addendum to the Infrastructure Planning (Fees) Regulations 2010 guidance which provides draft guidance on matters the measures included in the Infrastructure Planning (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2024, coming into force on 1 April 2024. It provides further details about the purpose, effect and functioning of the regulations, for applicants, public authorities and the Planning Inspectorate.
