The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has published Edition 99 of the CHIRP Cabin Crew feedback. It follows up on the recent publication of CAA Safety Sense Leaflet 32 ‘Occurrence Reporting’ by reminding everyone that CHIRP provides a confidential safety net for either reporting incidents or the publication of lessons learned that might not reach the threshold for formal reporting.
Edition 99 also includes four reports received in recent months. There are also two interesting ‘I Learned About Human Factors From That’ (ILAHFFT) articles that give cause for thought about propellers and the securing of equipment when flying.
The CAA has requested responses to CHIRP to find out what you think of FEEDBACK by completing a short survey.
