The Offshore Petroleum Regulator for Environment & Decommissioning (OPRED) is required to undertake a periodic post implementation review of the Regulations.
As part of this review, OPRED is seeking information from industry, and in particular holders of chemical permits, through responses to the attached Survey relating to the Regulations.
They would appreciate comprehensive responses to better inform the review and request that they be submitted by 31st October 2023 to opred@energysecurity.gov.uk.
