Operations Notice 30: Reporting of offshore oil and gas incidents

The Offshore Major Accident Regulator (OMAR) has issued an up-to-date version of Operations Notice 30 now that the UK has left the EU. Furthermore, references to OSDR and DECC have been updated to OMAR and BEIS OPRED respectively. The previous version of the ON was published in January 2016.
