DESNZ and OPRED have updated the ‘Offshore Petroleum Activities (Oil Pollution Prevention and Control) Regulations 2005 (as amended)’ section with a new PDF for Standard Industry Conditions, as well as changing the reporting requirements to state that the Standard Industry Conditions that apply to all OPPC permits are now accessible on the OPRED website rather than the Energy Portal.
