This consultation sought feedback on proposed changes to SEPA’s authorisation framework, including clarifying application requirements for fit and proper person assessments, updating public participation guidance, specifying the authorisation needed for certain marine fish farms, introducing five new registration-level activities, and revising activity descriptions and standard conditions for a range of existing waste, water, and industrial activities.
