The MCA has published amendment 3 for this marine guidance note (MGN), which lists merchant shipping notices and marine guidance notes which provide standards or guidance for implementation of the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006.
Amendment 3 updates reference links and includes new and amended legislation and guidance.
