SI 2026/846 The Energy Act 2023 (Commencement No. 5, Saving Provisions) Regulations 2026

These Regulations bring into force section 299(3) to (7) of the Energy Act 2023 (c. 52).

Section 299 (Charges in connection with abandonment of offshore installations) (3) – (7) amend and omit parts of the Petroleum Act 1998.

This regulation comes into force on 30 September 2026.
