The Environment Agency (EA) has published guidance to help maritime operators understand and meet their compliance obligations under the UK Emissions Trading Scheme (UK ETS).
This guidance will help maritime operators regulated by the Environment Agency understand and comply with their obligations under the UK ETS. These obligations are set out in SI 2020/1265 The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme Order 2020.
