The Environment Agency (EA) has updated the guidance on what information local planning authorities need to include in a strategic flood risk assessment.
The sections affected are the ‘Mapped flood risk from all sources’ and ‘Expected effects of climate change’ sections, which now contain more detailed guidance on how to adjust figures to reflect climate change.
