The Environment Agency (EA) has updated the ‘Research the development site’ and ‘Get information about other sources of flood risk’ sections, of their guidance on when a flood risk assessment as part of your planning application is required, how to complete one and how it is processed.
The sections now contain more information about surface water as a result of climate change.
