SI 2026/549 The Planning and Infrastructure Act 2025 (Commencement No. 3 and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2026

HMSO has published this statutory instrument, which brings into effect a part of the Planning and Infrastructure Act 2025 that amends SI 2017/1012 Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017.

There are also transitional provisions regarding these amendments, in relation to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
