OPRED has sent out a communication regarding the OSPAR annual reporting on the phase out of offshore chemical discharges which are, or contain, hazardous substances.
There is a covering letter and related guidance on how to complete and submit the required annual report for substitution chemicals for 2025 and the associated technical justification report.
The completed reports should be submitted to OPRED by 27 February 2026.
