OEUK has published a guideline from the Asset Stewardship Taskforce, part of the North Sea Transition Forum, to strengthen Net Zero culture across the UK Continental Shelf.
Following a 2023 industry workshop, the taskforce’s culture subgroup created practical tools, including the Principles of Net Zero Culture and a Net Zero Culture Maturity Model, to help organisations assess and improve their cultural approach to meeting Net Zero targets.
The guidance is recommended to the wider industry to support consistent cultural change, fostering leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement so that Net Zero culture becomes as embedded as safety culture by 2050.
