The UK Emissions Trading Scheme (UK ETS) Authority has published the final response and impact assessment after DESNZ had sought input on a number of proposals to expand the UK ETS scheme to the maritime sector.
The UK ETS Authority published an interim response to this consultation in July, to enable operators to prepare for the scheme and express interest in voluntary onboarding with the Environment Agency.
