The MCA has published amendment 1 of this marine information note, which sets out the Ports and Marine Facilities Safety Code (PMSC) compliance date and process for UK ports, harbours, marinas and marine facilities for the period of 2026-2028.
This notice applies to all harbour masters, UK ports, harbour authorities, marinas, facilities, and all representatives within the UK port sector.
This MIN expires 31 March 2026.
