The HSE is looking for industry expertise to help scope a new concept tool that could help organisations get more value from their health and safety data.
The survey is aimed at high hazard industries to get information on current risks, along with analysis and development of a roadmap for improvement using a red, amber, green scoring system.
The survey takes around 5 minutes to complete and is hosted by Typeform.
