The MCA is developing two online services to make maritime processes faster and easier, and are looking for participants to provide feedback on these services to help shape development.
The two services are:
Maritime Certification Portal
This service will allow users to apply for a Notice of Eligibility (NOE), and apply for a Certificate of Competency (CoC).
Vessel Surveys Portal
This service will allow vessel owners and operators to request and manage vessel surveys online.
