OPRED has issued a communication, reminding clients that the deadline for Baseline Data Reporting (BDR) submissions is 30 June 2025.
All operators of installations within the current scope of the UK ETS are required to make a data submission. Data submission is a legal requirement and a failure to do so may incur a civil penalty.
This is also the first stage of a Free Allocation application, and failure to submit a full, verified BDR will result in the installation being ineligible for free allocation at any point in the next allocation period.
