The MCA has updated the form ‘MSF 4354: Application for UK GMDSS GOC, ROC, STCW Endorsement and Revalidation of STCW Endorsement’ to reflect new application process for UK GMDSS GOC and ROC applications from the 21/04/2025.
Applicants has also been given the choice of using the old form for current applications, and the new form for applications to be assessed after 12 May 2025.
Additional payment links have also been updated, and more routes added to provide clarity over what is being applied for.
