The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 252 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
These Regulations may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Fees for Local Reviews) (Scotland) Regulations 2025 and come into force on 9 June 2025.
These Regulations apply to reviews conducted by virtue of section 43A(8)(a) or (b) of the Act where notice of review is given on or after 9 June 2025.
