The Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) has opened a consultation seeking views from those who have an interest in and are impacted by SEPA’s regulations and duties.
The feedback received through consultations furthers understanding of what matters most to communities and businesses, and shapes how SEPA fulfils its duties.
This consultation closes on 30 June 2025.
