The Environment Agency (EA) has published a document which summarises the outcome of the consultation on F-gas and ODS proposals to introduce charges for the online services administered by the Environment Agency on behalf of England, Scotland and Wales.
The EA has published the Fluorinated greenhouse gases and ozone-depleting substances charging scheme on GOV.UK. The charges are effective from 1 April 2025.
The EA has also published a guide on how we calculate our charges.
