The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has published findings after an inspection programme by Britain’s workplace regulator led to major safety improvements in the offshore industry. The HSE inspected 13 production operators between January 2022 and May 2024 as part of its Process Safety Leadership Principles (PSLP) programme.
