The Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS) has published revised guides following legislation to extend recognition of CE marking on products being placed on the Great Britain market which came into effect on 1 October 2024.
The Personal Protective Equipment Regulations 2002 were revoked on 21 April 2018 but continue to apply to relevant products placed on the market before 21 April 2019.
