The Environment Agency (EA), along with Natural Resources Wales, Department of the Environment (Northern Ireland) and The Scottish Government, have published guidance on how to comply with emission limit values (ELVs) for hydrogen combustion plant greater than 1 megawatt thermal input (MWth).
This guidance applies to emerging techniques for combustion plants within the scope of the Industrial Emissions Directive (IED), best available technique (BAT) reference (BREF) documents, and Medium Combustion Plant Directive (MCPD).
