The Export Control Joint Unit (ECJU), Department for International Trade (DIT) and Department for Business and Trade (DBT) have removed the link to the SPIRE licence service.
Users should visit the guidance pages for OIELs or SIELs that are linked to in this guidance instead of going directly to SPIRE.
