Considering the need to regulate and define the rules related to the Registration and Certification of Occupational Safety, Hygiene and Health Activities, the present Regulation shall establish the rules for the creation, organisation and operation of services related to such activities within companies.
Havendo a necessidade de se regulamentar e definir as normas relacionadas com o Registo e Certificação do Exercício das Actividades de Segurança, Higiene e Saúde no Trabalho, o presente Regulamento estabelece as normas de criação, organização e funcionamento de tais serviços nas empresas.
