As a result of the Energy Act 2023 receiving royal assent, the North Sea Transition Authority (NSTA) has updated the content of its processes/guidelines concerning changes in control of a licensee company.
The NSTA has provided details on the implementation of the Energy Act 2023 and how the prior consent of the NSTA must be obtained before a change in control of a licensee company occurs.
