The Environment Agency (EA), Natural Resources Wales, Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (Defra) and Welsh Government have deleted the section on ‘MCP located within an AQMA’, as regulators are directed to set emission limits in line with Annex II of the Medium Combustion Plant Directive.
This applies when the medium combustion plant (MCP) is exempt from meeting emission limit values (ELVs), which ELVs apply and the deadlines for meeting them.
