The Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) has published the analysis of the consultation for completing the migration of the three regimes (water, waste, and pollution prevention and control) into an integrated structure and under a single standardised procedure, adding to the current four main regulatory regimes (water, waste, radioactive substances and pollution prevention and control).
