The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) are completing a post implementation review, which is a statutory requirement ensuring that the The Offshore Installations (Offshore Safety Directive) (Safety Case etc.) Regulations 2015 (SCR15), are fit for purpose and continue to deliver their objectives.
To support the HSE’s analysis it is requesting that operators, trade associations, and other interested parties complete a survey. The survey focuses on the regulations’ operation and cost aspects .
The survey is open until 23 June 2024.
