The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has published a legislative reform for the chemical supply regulations to stay in line with the government’s programme of ‘Smarter Regulation’ using the powers in the Retained EU law (Revocation and Reforms) Act 2023.
The documents affected are:

GB Classification, Labelling and Packaging of substances and mixtures (GB CLP)

GB Biocidal Products Regulation (GB BPR)
-
GB Prior Informed Consent for the export and import of certain hazardous chemicals (GB PIC)
The powers in the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 expire in June 2026, so any changes need to be made by then.
