The Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) has published guidance on the implementation of Port Waste Reception Facilities for ships and harbours/ports/terminals. The purpose of revising this MGN is to reference new methods of payment for Port Waste Exemption applications.
This notice replaces MGN 253, 259, 326, 387 and revises MGN 563 Amendment 1.
