This legislation has specified that section 14 of the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 (c.28) (“the Act”) provides a power to revoke specified retained EU law.
Regulation 2 and the Schedule provide for the subordinate legislation specified in Part 1 of the Schedule and the retained direct EU law specified in Part 2 of the Schedule to be revoked.
