The Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) has published a second amendment to this guidance document to support the Merchant Shipping (Code Of Safe Working Practices) (Amendments and revocation) Regulations 2015. It places a duty on shipowners to ensure that sufficient copies of the code available and accessible to all seafarers onboard relevant vessels.
