The Environment Agency (EA) has made several updates to this form used to apply for a low-risk medium combustion plant or a low-risk specified generator standard rules permit.
The updates include:
- The plant list column AG now always appears rather than being conditional to other supplied information.
- The comments box text on the topic of monitoring data has been amended.
- Removal of the option to select no in the declarations section of the application form.
- On the applications tab in part 4 the ‘public bodies’ has been changed to ‘Government Departments, Agencies and Public. Bodies’
