The Environment Agency (EA) has published guidance about the controls that apply if you transport waste out of or into England.
They have updated the section ‘Arrange a financial guarantee or insurance’ to give the requirements for financial guarantee providers that apply from 1 March 2024. Updated the following sections to better reflect legal requirements: ‘Receive a notification decision’, ‘Before the waste moves’, ‘When the waste moves’, ‘When the notification expires’.
