The Department for Business and Trade (DBT) has published this instrument to implement the relabelling of Retained EU Law (REUL) (and related terms) as “assimilated law” (and related terms) in primary legislation.
This Statutory Instrument will also make provision to remove references in primary legislation to rights retained under section 4 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
