The Offshore Petroleum Regulator for Environment and Decommissioning (OPRED) have published communications to stakeholders relating to the regulation of environmental and decommissioning activity for UK offshore oil and gas operations.
OPRED are seeking information from industry about the effectiveness of the regulation through a questionnaire and requests responses be returned by 2nd October 2023.
