Draft Legislation – SI 2023/0000 The Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases (Amendment) Regulations 2023

The Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (DEFRA) have published statutory guidance that corrects a technical error in the current regulation on fluorinated greenhouse gases.

This legislation will come into force on 31st October 2023.
