The Department for Energy Security & Net Zero (DESNZ) has published a revision of the “Offshore Pollution Prevention and Control (PPC) Guidance” for the Offshore Combustion Installations PPC
Regulations 2013 (as amended). This revision follows a 6-week operator engagement period – conducted with OEUK – and which ended on 15th May 2023.
