DESNZ OPRED has issued a notification to all operators/owners regarding a post implementation review of S.I. 2018/436 The Works Detrimental to Navigation (Powers and Duties of Inspectors) Regulations 2018 which they are required to undertake periodically.
As part of this review, they are seeking information from industry about the effectiveness of the regulations. The questionnaire can be found at the link below. They would appreciate as comprehensive a response as possible to better inform the review but would request that responses are sent back by 6th September 2023 to opred@energysecurity.gov.uk.
