To satisfy the duties under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 and the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010, a Marine Conservation Zone (MCZ) and Marine Protected Area (MPA) assessment has been undertaken by DESNZ OPRED in relation to the 33rd Seaward Licensing Round.
