Between July and September 2022, the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS), now known as the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ), sought views on the design of a business model for engineered greenhouse gas removal (GGR) technologies.
The government response has now been published, alongside a request for information from GGR projects, to be completed and submitted by 1 August 2023.
