BEIS OPRED has created a new webpage which will be used for updates and notifications to industry regarding decommissioning regulatory requirements.

BEIS OPRED already provides a webpage entitled ‘Oil and gas: OPRED communications’ which publishes ‘communications issued to stakeholders relating to regulation of environmental and decommissioning activity for UK offshore oil and gas operations’.
Westons will continue to alert clients to any new notifications on both of these pages.
